PERUVIAN AMAZONIAN CONSCIOUS GOURMET DINING EXPERIENCE

The Awakening of the Forest – Breakfast Service As the first light filters through the trees, we serve a fresh and comforting breakfast, featuring eggs, tropical fruits, bread, cereal, yogurt, milk, coffee, and tea. Regular hours: 7:30 to 8:30 h. Breakfast to go is available when there are early morning activities.

Flavors of the River and Garden – Lunch Service We pay homage to Amazonian and Peruvian tradition with three-course dishes, subtly reinterpreted. Appetizer, Main Course, and Dessert accompanied by a seasonal tropical fruit drink. Regular hour: 13:00 h.

Echoes of the Jungle – Dinner Service As the sounds of night emerge, the kitchen becomes intimate and profound, and with three-course dishes, we close the evening with a palate enchanted by organic flavors. Appetizer, Main Course, and Dessert accompanied by refreshing water. Regular hour: 19:30 h.

Sweet Journey - Desserts Each dessert is a sweet caress, inspired by the fruits that grow under the Amazonian rain and sun.
