2. Tax Exemption for Foreign Tourists (IGV)

In accordance with Peruvian Law (Decree Law No. 915), foreign guests are exempt from the 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) on accommodation and meals provided within the Lodge. To apply this benefit, we are required to collect a copy of your Passport and your Andean Migration Card (TAM) to verify your non-resident status in Peru. This information is processed exclusively for tax compliance with SUNAT (Peruvian Tax Authority).

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To manage bookings, process payments, and coordinate transportation and excursions.

• Legal Compliance: To fulfill mandatory guest registration requirements with local authorities.

• Safety: To ensure your well-being during activities by accounting for any disclosed health considerations.

• Communications: To send booking confirmations, updates regarding your stay, or promotional offers (only if you have opted-in).
