By booking with us, the guest acknowledges that eco-tourism involves inherent risks (including but not limited to weather conditions, uneven terrain, and wildlife encounters). Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during their stay.

Amazon Planet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or the inability to access it. We do not guarantee that the site is free from viruses or other harmful components introduced by third parties beyond our control.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puerto Maldonado, Peru.
